The undersigned Prosecution Attorney accuses JERICO A. BALIZA of the crime of VIOLATION OF SECTION 4(A) OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9995 (ANTI-PHOTO AND VIDEO VOYEURISM ACT OF 2009) committed as follows:

That on or about the 9th day of July 2016, or prior thereto, in the City of Las Piñas, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above named accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully, and knowingly take a video recording of the private complainant [name redacted] with her buttocks exposed while she was urinating in the bathroom, a place where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy, and without her knowledge and consent, thereby destroying the honor, dignity, and integrity of the said private complainant.
